MOCCAA® (Men Of Color Can Achieve Anything) was created by men of color with a vision of promoting positive thinking throughout the population. Our organization focuses on community empowerment, personal achievement, and positivity for all.
MOCCAA® Positive Urban Wear ™ seeks to expand our horizons. In addition to our line of men's apparel, we also carry a clothing line for women, called Lady MOCCAA® and WOCCAA Wear®, and we are presently working on a line of children's attire, to be called lil' moccaa®. Currently, MOCCAA® Positive Urban Wear™ is carried throughout stores in the tri-state area, and is distributed nationwide.
When it comes to community empowerment, MOCCAA® does more than simply "talk the talk". We are committed to numerous community projects. MOCCAA® has been involved with the BEYOND Foundation (Brothers Educating Youth to Open New Doors), Black Expo 99, the Kwanzaa Fest 99 Expo, Magic Show 2000 in Las Vegas, the Positive Youth Fashion Show at H. Maxwell High School in Brooklyn, NY. In addition, we donate a portion of MOCCAA®'s proceeds to the AIDS and Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF).
The positive feedback we receive has been inspirational and we feel that it is time for us to reach out to our communities role models to represent our organization. As educated men and women, we can spread a message of strength, personal achievement, and fortitude.
